Contract Personnel

Utilising SSR® Contract Personnel provides a real alternative to the long term commitment of permanent employment. When hiring your temporary personnel through SSR®, you have a guaranteed hourly cost which can be allocated to individual cost centres, this provides global resourcing on tap. Every discipline is included, from licensed airframes and engines engineers, licensed avionics engineers for all types of aircraft (fixed wing and rotary) and experienced mechanics and skilled sheet metal workers.

Through utilisation of our internal database, SSR® can also provide composite laminators/fitters, NDT technicians and recruit air crew on behalf of our clients; including pilots, pilot instructors and co-pilots for fixed wing aircraft or helicopters.

We endeavour to meet any time frame you set for interviewing a shortlist of pre-qualified SSR® candidates. Ideally these interviews will conclude your selection for the vacant post, but until this is accomplished our proactive search and database referrals will continue to identify any suitable candidates. Our interim managers or temporary personnel can be hired to meet specific objectives, or perhaps to judge their suitability before a permanent offer of employment.
