The INSIGHT
Modules provide a contemporary-based interactive,
team-building tool that team members complete together
to improve team communications and productivity. Whilst
the modules can be facilitated, the system is designed
to be used by the teams themselves without outside intervention,
making it more versatile and flexible than traditional
training-based methods.

To appraise

Analysis is designed to give a picture of how individuals
prefer to work, what motivates them and the way in which
they prefer to be motivated.
Performance Skills Leader (PS Leader)
To provide
an objective needs analysis of individual leadership
effectiveness to help team leaders and managers target
areas for improvement.
