Consultant – Specialist Recruitment (Permanent) |

Working within one
of our niche markets (security sales), developing
an established but underdeveloped market, this
is the ideal opportunity for a recruiter wishing
to become established and then build a team around
them |

Our consultants work
with a mixture of existing clients and developing
new contacts as you make yourself a new force
in your sector. Build a name, by attending exhibitions,
meeting clients and developing long term relationships,
not just seated behind a desk. |
| |
With an enquiring
mind, a track record in sales or recruitment
(at least twelve months), with a service ethos
and a professional deportment, all our consultants
succeed. |
| |
Our teams are dynamic,
extremely professional and committed to making
themselves the number one. This is only achievable
by being genuinely committed and passionate about
their sector. |
| |
Whilst you will be
given further professional training (a mixture
of external courses and breakout sessions), we
will also encourage you to develop a professional
qualification, perhaps via the REC, CIPD and
ISMM. |

Salary and benefits:
|

Basic salary £18 – 22
(negotiable aae). |
| |
Commission is minimum
15% rising to 30% of invoices above desk taget
(desk target is £4,500). Both generous
and uncapped - your earnings potential is unlimited
