Operating within a
niche and expanding market sector, with a national
remit, a successful recruitment consultant can
make their mark. This permanent role (brought
about by pregnancy) will suit an energetic and
down-to-earth recruiter, perhaps from an industrial
or technical background approach. You will be
working with a mixture of established clients
and developing new relationships over the telephone
and some face-to-face meetings will be required.
Whilst you will be given professional training
(mixed with internal courses and breakout sessions)
you will need to posses a reasonable knowledge
of recruitment and selection.
No formal qualifications
are required, but they are on offer. SSR Recruitment
Consultants choose between the REC, CIPD and
ISMM as their route to professional standing.

Basic negotiable (aae) and commission paid on
all revenues generated above desk target. 1st
year OTE is £40,000 - £60,000. 20
days holiday, rising to 30 days after seven years
