	What is it you like about working within SSR? The camaraderie, the people, the enjoyment of success.
	Why did you chose to work at SSR (if some of you can remember that far back)? A senior consultant introduced me to SSR, who fortunately saw enough in me to give me a chance.
	Why you would recommend a friend to work here (if so why)? I have and I would again! And of course a consultant recommended the company to me too.

	What do you get from your current role? Satisfaction on a job well done.
	What do you achieve (personally/professionally)? Placing quality staff within quality organisations. I really feel I provide a service.
	How well supported are you in your current role? Through training, local encouragement, having a tried and trusted team with me.
	How would you describe your promotional prospects? Good, medium to long term.
	How well were you inducted into the organisation? It was over 8 years ago, but what I can remember, it went fine.
	How would you describe the management support? Good.
