Peter French MBE CPP is Managing Director of SSR® Personnel and has been employed within the service sector since l979. As a Founding Director he has used his past experience to develop, with our clients, specific initiatives. He holds a number of non-executive posts advising on human resource planning, motivation and psychometrics. He is the Chair of the ASIS European Advisory Council, European Member ISMA, and former Board Member London Crimestoppers.  He is a Past Master and Trustee of The Worshipful Company of Security Professionals.  He currently advises a number of community employment projects in the UK and overseas.  Member of a regional taskforce committed to returning heritage buildings to achieve use by raising £10m supported by the Princes Trust BITC.

                                                                                   

Jeff Johnson

Jeff Johnson joined SSR® in1990 following a career in the electronic security industry which took him from Engineer to Operations Director, with such companies as STC, ADT and Britannia, where he was involved in the design, sales and installation of some of the largest and most prestigious security projects in the UK, including BTi Goonhilly Down and 12 Kensington Palace Gardens. Jeff has the day to day responsibility for his department which operates world-wide, providing technical personnel to a cross section of commercial companies.

Yasmeen Stratton FIRP joined SSR® in 1991 and has been managing a highly successful team of recruiters operating within the corporate security management sectors since 1996. Yasmeen is experienced at an operational level in managing multi-skilled projects and coordinating significant numbers of recruitment initiatives. Winner of 2016 Woman in Security award, for contribution to industry.

Yasmeen is the current secretary for the OSAC Executive Council of London, a Fellow of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, member of ASIS and of The Security Institute. Qualified with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and trained with Thomas International to administer psychometric tests to both levels A and B and the full TI assessment tools.

 

 

John Smith

Appointed in 2013 he was Director of Group Resilience at Prudential plc. His portfolio at Prudential included political and security risk, physical, operational and IT security, information risk, financial crime including money laundering control, anti-corruption, fraud prevention and investigation, disaster and crisis management, business recovery and privacy. His particular interests are international terrorism, pressure groups, information risk, incident and crisis management and the development of emerging leaders in the security profession. He is also a trustee of Hostage UK (www.hostageuk.org). He is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst and of Manchester University where he read psychology.

 

 

Andrew Hudson

Andrew Hudson is an experienced recruitment manager, working from Dubai since 2004. He has enjoyed working as a senior manager of a multi-national security company, managing their ‘in-house’ recruitment service. Due to it’s success, this became a ‘stand alone’ business with Andrew as it’s CEO. It soon expanded to cover a wide variety of sectors internationally – operating in North Africa, the Middle East and South Asia. Andrew has been involved in international project recruitment, Executive Search, Employee outsourcing (with over 4,000staff members on his payroll) and training services, amongst other things. Although Andrew has experience working within a wide range of sectors, his primary focus has always been on the Security Industry.

Andrew is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. He has an MSc in Psychology and Criminology and holds level ‘A’ Accreditation for Psychometric testing.
