Job description: The SVP will oversee security and safety functions for a multi-office footprint throughout the tristate region. The SVP will work closely with external providers of specialized services including security systems and technology. He/she will also have oversight of investigations in the region with hands-on involvement when needed. The incumbent will provide regular reports and metrics to senior leaders.
Bachelors degree plus 15 years of relevant public sector and corporate experience. Private sector experience is required.
Background with significant security leadership experience with an Enterprise Risk Management model covering multiple locations.
Strong relationships with officials of multiple jurisdictions within the NY tristate area
Must possess an understanding of contemporary terrorism threat, targeting strategies and mitigation steps, along with experience implementing these steps in the public and private sphere.
Demonstrated experience analyzing protective intelligence, promulgating security procedures and show competence in overseeing tabletop drills and emergency exercises.
Executive level presentation skills relating to metrics and internal reporting requirements

Primary Objectives
