Position: Senior Account Manager

Job description: ► To lead and manage the account to ensure all sales, financial and non-financial objectives are achieved by the adoption of a continuous process of assessment and development of individual performance
► To develop a highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic Westminster management team and workforce
► Build and maintain a long-term trusted partnership relationship with senior / executive level clients, to deliver value and high satisfaction levels, creating the right conditions for profitable retention & growth
