Alternatively you may have a data analysis background with a history of case management although previous experience in retail investigations is highly desirable particularly through the use of data mining and/or data analysis systems. You should be experienced in identifying trends and highlighting issues, which may require further investigation and have a good level of computer literacy as well as a desire to develop in this area.
