The Roles

Due to expansion, they now seek a hands on Sales Director to develop business opportunities through the London/M25/south east region.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will require to successful candidate to develop new business opportunities, maximise existing accounts, manage a sales team of 4 - 5 sales consultants with personal sales targets of 400k as well a achieving 1million in personal sales revenue, selling Intruder, Access Control. CCTV, Integrated Systems, Gates, Barriers, Turnstiles, Emergency Lighting, Alarm Monitoring and Fire detection systems. Also to advise on sales strategy to progress the company to the next level.

Salary & Package details

50k - 60k dependent on experience and achievements
Uncapped commission

Candidate profile: Must be experienced in selling the above product ranges and services, be technically aware, ability to system design, previous sales management experience within the electronic security or fire industries, a proven track record in personal sales and a desire to progress their career with an independent systems installer.

The UK Service Sales Manager will be responsible to the Sales Director for performance and achievement of key objectives He/She will form part of a team focused on improving service business volume and profitability and ensuring the delivery of high quality customer service.

The UK Service Sales Manager will be responsible for the growth of service revenues from both new and existing customers. This will be achieved by developing and executing service sales strategies to achieve profitability growth and market penetration.

He/She will also be expected to champion the acquisition of new service contracts through the sales process. Responsible for sales planning sales development and sales activity consistent with our clients Sales Management Disciplines He/She will also control selling expenses and manage resources to improve profit position He/She will establish and maintain long term customer relationships with owners to influence opportunities and seek out and develop new relationships with prospective customers.

Candidate profile: Significant progressive sales experience the security market. Experience in a lead or supervisory role with responsibility for the productivity or development of others.

Ability to relate to people at all levels and to communicate both on a technical and non-technical basis. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and direct personnel toward achievement of a common goal. Proven track record in the management of a multifunctional sales operation. Excellent negotiation verbal and written communication skills are required to interact with customers vendors and employees.

Ideally, educated to Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or Marketing although not essential, or equivalent experience
