Alongside the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and delivering appropriate long-term strategies for these areas and will provide security related and threat assessment advice to senior managers across the organisation.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will also have a security qualification along with experience of working in senior management role in a security related environment. A proven leader with people management experience, you will have skills in security risk assessment, physical security planning, and health and safety legislation. |

Responsibilities: · To ensure that all sites are fully rostered for the immediate week and foreseeable future. · To ensure that Officer blowouts, sickness and other reasons for absenteeism is documented in the relevant folder. · When on Call Monitor, to contact all Officers that are running late, inform the relevant manager at the store and record information on the Audit trail · Complete long term confirmations with officers on a regular shift pattern to reduce the overall number of confirmations on a weekly basis.

This is a 3 month Temp to perm role based in the Norwich area. The ideal candiates would preferrably have an S I A licence although this is not essential and must have worked in a Security environment. Hours: 40 per week plus overtime 8 hour shifts Earliest shift begins at 6am Monday - Friday (overtime on weekends) Candidate Duties: Provide highly visible presence internally and externally.
