The Role:
To be the subject matter expert for all business continuity matters.
To manage all aspects of Business Continuity supporting the Head of Security and Safety Operations.
To coordinate and develop training programmes to improve business continuity awareness at all levels across the site.

Preparing and delivering Business Continuity (BC) training/exercises.

Candidate profile: The Person:
Previous experience in a similar role working as a Security / Business Continuity Manager
with knowledge of security and emergency procedures and security electronic systems.
Business Continuity Institute (BCI) Certificate. (or working towards)
Knowledge & experience of business continuity management best practice and implementation, producing and implementing policies / procedures.
The post holder will work to the operational roster.
The incumbent will be on flexi time and on occasions will be required to work extended hours to cover late events in the BL.
The incumbent will be expected to act as the out of hours Security Duty Officer in rotation with other managers.
Knowledge and experience of ISO 22301/ISO27031.
In-depth knowledge of operational security management for large public sites.
Excellent communicating and influencing skills.
Front line Security Industry Authority licenses.
A full UK driving Licence with ability to travel within the UK.

To partner with the assigned countries with a strong priority on illicit trade with responsibility and accountable for anti-cyber-crime deployment product programmes, people security and site security across 15 locations in the Territory. A strong emphasis on delivery in Russia and the Ukraine.
You will work with related functions to implement security programs, including securing the required resources, to ensure an appropriate level of security for all functions across the assigned countries.
To monitor, evaluate and report the effectiveness of security across the region within corporate facilities, manufacturing, warehousing and supply chain.
To have and further develop a sustainable and productive relationship with law enforcement and customs authorities throughout the region.
You will have key relationships within Russian and Ukrainian Law enforcement and customs forces to ensure the impactful seizure as identified within the product security programme..
Manage the production and timely delivery of assigned countries security performance reports and use the reports to lead and facilitate discussions with key stakeholders on the regions security challenges and activities.
Observe, assess and report the security situation in the assigned countries and establish a proactive reporting process to inform relevant stakeholders on emerging security threats.
Establish, supported by Corporate Security Team, an effective incident report management process focusing on product security and cybercrime incidents.
Lead responses to incidents as they arise and conduct related investigations. Provide security advice and support for high-level events in the assigned countries.

Candidate profile: A sound corporate security knowledge so that you bring to the role professional leadership and experience of bedding in loss prevention programmes within an MNC.
Strong experience on successful illicit trade and anti-cybercrime security program deployment
