To ensure that all sites are fully rostered for the immediate week and foreseeable future.
To ensure that Officer blowouts, sickness and other reasons for absenteeism is documented in the relevant folder.
When on Call Monitor, to contact all Officers that are running late, inform the relevant manager at the store and record information on the Audit trail
Complete long term confirmations with officers on a regular shift pattern to reduce the overall number of confirmations on a weekly basis.

Candidate profile: Key tasks:
To liaise with C.R.M or C.R.C.M to highlight officers with a poor attendance record, unauthorised leave or excessive sickness.
Follow up on Officers that gave an ETA regarding lateness and update the store on new ETA.
To maintain a professional manor at all times when speaking to officers, customers and colleagues.
Use available tools like TimeGate, white board, officer enquiries and area manager knowledge to cover any blowouts that may occur.
To ensure that all officers have an even distribution of work and recording refusals or non-availability.
To adhere to the restriction of hours imposed on officers because of their Visa status.
Liaise with area managers or supervisors to carry out requests on TimeGate consulting C.R.M or C.R.C.M if request requires removing a guard.
To ensure that all Incident & Accident report are compiled immediately with the paperwork sent to the relevant department.
To ensure that all messages are written in a full and informative manor.
Using your rapport with the officers to resolve any queries or disputes they may have.
Use the appropriate method to relay necessary information to HR, Control or the Accounts department.
Using various skills to defuse any conflicting situation with a customer reporting details of the conversation to the C.R.M, C.R.C.M or Area Manager/Supervisor.
