This regional Fire & Security Systems installer and service provider based in South Essex/East London are currently looking to recruit an ambitious BDM to help achieve their strategic plan to expand their business, it is hoped that the individual taken on will become a senior figure within the company. The main focus of the role is to sell a range of integrated fire and security solutions, supported by the “in house” engineering teams. Applicant for this role will need:
• A hunter approach and attitude
• Experience of selling fire and security installation projects/maintenance contracts.
• Understanding of the industry and good product knowledge.
• A structured approach to selling with a problem-solving attitude.
• Aspirations to develop a business unit.
• The ability to manage own workload and pipeline.
• Systematic approach to hit targets
• Developing and supporting the Sales team.
• Ambition to drive the business forward
• Ideally with a bias towards fire detection systems sales
The successful candidate can expect a basic salary of Between £45,000 and £55,000 depending on skill and experience, with an OTE of (circa) £85,000 plus car and package.
