Job Details

A leading provider of access control, smart key management and intercoms are looking for a Tech Support person to join their team in West London.
This is not an IT support role!!!!, you will need to have electronic security industry knowledge or a background in mobile technology

Role
• Assisting clients in installing access control and door entry systems and troubleshooting
technical issues (installers, contractors, housing associations' maintenance teams)
• Assisting housing professionals (housing associations, property managers, managing
agents) and residents on how to use the products
• Setting up and configuring products on cloud-based portal
• Delivering in-house trainings to the Sales team and to clients when needed (housing
associations, property managers, installers, distributors)
• Managing clients' expectations and maintaining high standards of professionalism at all
times

Profile
• Previous experience working in electronics industry or mobile phone repairs and excellent GSM knowledge
• Previous experience as a Technical Support, Desktop Support or Helpdesk technician
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Strong customer service skills: empathy, reactivity, reliability
