Our client is a fire and security systems installer based near Southampton who are looking to recruit an energetic General Manager who can lead and drive the business forward. They are a relatively small installer (circa £1.5m at present) but other acquired businesses will be integrated into it, so a clear path for growth within this role is available. Candidates for this role will need to be from the fire industry, live within an hour of the office, being able to handle business integrations, software roll outs and ultimately attaining BAFE 203 certification, as well keeping an eye on the business as a whole and making necessary changes to the business if needed. This exciting opportunity comes with a basic salary of (c) £50,000  (this is negotiable for the right person) plus bonus based on personaland company perfromance plus car allowance and package.  This would suit an ambitious person who has worked as a service, installation or operations manager who wants to make the jump forward or even a sales manager who wants to get into a general managers role.
