This professional fire and security integrated systems Installer based in South West London are Looking to recruit a Customer Support Manager to join their busy team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the operations manager and leading and guiding the administration team. The role will cover supplier retention, customer relations, process management, contract retention team management, overseeing industry accreditations and monthly management and information reporting. The mail emphasis will be on customer relations so excellent communications and organizational skills are a necessity. Knowledge of the fire and security systems the industry as a whole would be beneficial but isn’t a necessity. This interesting opportunity comes with a basic salary of £46,000 plus a £5,200 bonus achieved through meeting set KPI’s, there is also the ability to earn more in commission on successfully quoted works that are completed and this is uncapped. There is also a benefit package available.
