They are looking for an Investigator to join them at a very exciting time which offers further opportunities for the right candidate to progress and grow with the organisation.

You will assist the Head of Investigations in all investigative and operational projects, which include due diligence, social media investigations, surveillance reports and ad-hoc investigations. Other duties include:

Due Diligence:
• Pre-employment screening investigations
• Education and employment verification
• Executive due diligence

General Research and Investigations:
• Company investigations
• Asset tracing and Due diligence
• Fraud investigations
• Investigations into targets identified through specialist software
• Source intelligence investigations

Operations:
• Coordinate covert approaches, site visits, investigative research and TPs
• Produce written reports for clients ensuring of the highest standard
• Assist the Head of Investigations with investigative support in other fraud and brand protection related tasks, operations and research
• When necessary, arrange the operational management of sub-contractors

Intellectual Property Investigations:
• In-use trademark investigations and Common law investigations
• Domain & company name investigations
• Copyright and patent infringement enquiries
• Test purchase programmes
• Brand and Market surveys

Administration:
• Respond in writing to client requests, with confirmation of instructions and costings, in consultation with the Head of Investigations
• Ensure that research is up to date with the latest resources and industry best practice techniques
• Ensure all work and associated costs are accurately recorded on relevant case management system
• Attend relevant industry conferences, exhibitions, seminars and networking functions
