Security Compliance Transformation Principal Architect Excellent Benefits Package

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client a worldwide brand whose software is used for enterprise resource planning across industry and the globe. They seek a Security Compliance Transformation Principal Architect to assist with the implementation of strategic business plans which ensure success within the existing client base while developing and growing key relationships within functions supporting them. The Security Compliance Transformation Principal will assist with the implementation of strategic business plans which ensure success within the existing client base while developing and growing key relationships within functions supporting them. The Security Compliance Transformation Principal will report to the VP of Strategic Initiatives and Governance and work across the lines of businesses and shared service providers.

The Role:
Represent business and technical needs/feedback in key leadership forums with engineering and business leaders.
Drive best practices in SR&C’s overall Operating Model and work with Leaders on implications, change plans and optimization.
Engage LOB’s (line-of-business) for collaboration with Security and engineering teams to drive design wins and platform adoption compliance with a variety of certifications and auditing.
Delivery Excellence– Engagements will require working to resolve compliance questions and to understand how to manage risk and achieve compliance while operating in the Cloud through deep dive discussions, strategic presentations/recommendations.
Monitor compliance trends in the Americas and globally, including compliance initiatives, industry compliance failures and other internal and external Compliance trends to provide insight for leadership knowledge forums, newsletters, and employee groups.

The Person:
Previous experience in a similar role working in Information security
Professional designation or certification related to Information Security.
Familiarity with security standards, practices, and certifications.
Knowledge of Auditing processes and end to end Compliance practices.
Experience with Cloud Computer Environment and Hyperscalers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Audit) programs.
Successful candidates might be required to undergo a background verification with an external vendor.
