Experience of working in a service environment ideally in the fire & security industry or related.
Manage day to day service technicians
Oversee the service team in the office and answer any queries
Make decisions on the go to the benefit of both client and company
Manage engineering queries such as vehicles, parking, time sheets, attendance
Directly Manage 5 key clients and arrange to meet them once a quarter for review
Ensure the engineers electronic dockets are clear and concise and the key clients are receiving each day
Manage engineering meetings and ensure engineers are communicating with office and office communicating with them
Introduce any innovative ideas to make the department run smoothly
Handle engineers Rota’s.
Ensure all chargeable calls are invoiced bi daily with corresponding purchase orders
Ensure with team the functionality of the service department is efficient and profitable
Excellent grasp of both spoken and written English.

Bonus,- quarterly subject to achieving call out revenue and meeting PPM delivery
