A leading supplier of integrated solutions to the security systems market is looking for a Service Manager to be mostly based at their head office to the West of London.
The desired candidate ideally needs to have proven experience in the security industry or demonstrable experience in a service based or busy customer care environment.
The role will be to head up the service desk team as well as the service manager who manages the engineers.
You will used to be working in a pressurised environment with the ability to grow the engineering support team, experience in motivating and mentoring people as well as recruiting.
