Fire Engineers for Commissioning working in the City or Central London

SSR Personnel are recruiting Fire Engineers for installation and commissioning works. Salary is dependent on fire systems experience and qualifications. Benefits include estate car with fuel card and an Oyster card, company credit card, an annual allowance of £3000 to offset travel to work hours. Private health care. Overtime working maybe available. We seek to attract self-motivated, experience with installation, servicing and troubleshooting of fire systems.

The Role

• Commission networked fire alarm systems and have the capabilities to service and maintain.
• Test and inspect installations to produce validation reports
• Identify and repair faults as required
• Knowledge of a variety of fire systems
• Knowledge of disabled refuge systems
• Knowledge of disabled toilet alarms

Qualifications and Experience Required
• FIA/BAFE certification required in installation, maintaining and commissioning

• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met accordingly
• Confident in dealing with all levels of personnel both internal and external
• Excellent organisational skills
• Proven experience within a Service and Installation background
• Full UK driving licence
• Consistent work record
