Professional Services Engineer working in The City and Central London

SSR Personnel is recruiting a Professional Services Engineer with previous experience working in Servicing and Commissioning at enterprise level. Salary is dependent on experience, benefits include estate car with fuel card and an Oyster card, company credit card, an annual allowance of £3000 to offset travel to work hours. The Role
• Profession Services Engineer with previous experience working in Servicing and Commissioning at enterprise level
• Extensive knowledge of Intruder, Access Control, Intercom and CCTV systems
• Commission Access Control, CCTV, Intruder, and Intercom systems.
• Support other engineers over the phone with technical questions
• Attend technical escalations raised from service visits
• Support Projects and Small works with technical queries, where requested
• Carry out training sessions with both customers and engineers, as required
• A good knowledge of IP Networks, SQL, MS Windows/Server.
• Aware of GDPR and Data handling
• Excellent communication skills to end user required
• Work to a high standard and flag installations / engineers that do not meet this standard

Qualifications and Experience Required
• NVQ or BTEC accreditation required in security systems
• Experience with working with TCP/IP network security systems
• CCNA or TAVCOM networking certification desirable
• Valid ECS card

The Person
• Must have previous experience in the security industry
• Must have previous experience commissioning and service at enterprise level
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met accordingly
• Confident in dealing with all levels of personnel both internal and external
• Excellent organisational skills
• Proven experience within a Service and Commissioning background
• Able to communicate clearly at all levels
• Full UK driving licence (clean if possible)
