Overall management and leadership of the technical services dept. of this leading Cayman Islands Security & Monitoring company. Account management, pre and post sales design, proposals, technical support on fire and security products & systems, communication with overseas suppliers, project management, customer complaints, staff development and business forcasting with a team of supervisors, team leaders, technicians and technical coordinator.
Candidates must be degree educated with extensive experience of managing the technical services of a fire & security business, used to managing departmental budgets & finances, have excellent communication and leadership skills, experienced in implementing and maintaining technical standards in the security & monitoring industry and be fluent in English.
