The Role:
• Manage daily shipping for EU & UK, including invoicing, POD management
• Handle RMA, warranty registration, and DEMO stock tracking
• Monitor inventory, resolve stock discrepancies, and update order forecasts.
• Communicate with sales teams and customers on ETA, delays, and order fulfilment.
• Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce), and upload discontinued or replacement items
• Prepare weekly PSI reports, monthly stock and shipping reports, and shareholder-facing reports
• Support sales forecasts and ensure accurate data reflection across systems (e.g. SAGE)
Candidate Profile:
• Over 2~3 years of experience in this job
• Efficient task prioritization
• Strong time management skills
• Experience with inventory systems, ERP / SAGE / CRM tools
• Good communication
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced logistics/sales environment.
The role is based in West London (Zone 4| £30,000 – £35,000 | Hybrid Working: Office Based. 1 day WFH after probation
