The Role

This is executive leadership role responsible for managing and overseeing comprehensive security strategies and protocols across all aspects of the Company retail and distribution operations. Primary safeguard assets, personnel, and reputation, against a wide range of internal and external threats. Develop the risk matrix and work with stakeholders to provide a global security program.

  • Scope and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for global security operations aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to integrate security considerations into business processes, projects, and initiatives.
  • Identify areas of improvement and value frameworks for the business.
  • Advise on physical security, including facility protection, access control, and surveillance systems.
  • Develop and maintain crisis management and incident response plans to effectively address security incidents, emergencies, and disruptions.
  • Establish corporate standards policy.
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential security risks and threats to the organization.
  • Direct an intelligence programme that to predict emerging threats and assists them with localised issues.


The Person

  • Degree in a relevant field such as MBA, Risk and Security management.
  • You would have held security leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing security strategies and programs at a global level.
  • Experienced in managing and planning budgets.
  • In-depth knowledge of physical security, cybersecurity, risk management, and crisis management principles and practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams.
  • Experience working in multinational corporations or complex organizational environments.
  • Fluency in French is highly desirable.
