The Company is a management company delivering this London development site, creating a destination and cultural centre, with mixed entertainment venues operating 24/7.
The Role: Operating within the development, you are responsible for managing the organisation security position, implementing policy that encompasses all areas of public space whilst working with tenants to craft an overall security strategy, that works for stakeholders, whist keeping visitors safe and adding to their experience. You will need to be a collaborative leader demonstrated through your track record in similar roles.
This is a strategic role auditing performance of the services self-delivered and those of the tenants. Working with national / local government and blue light services to understand threats to the development, implement mitigation processes that offer the highest levels of security and protection.
You will oversee a security budget and develop a value proposition for the Board that enhances reputation and visitor interaction. As part of that process, you will manage tenant relationships, setting standards for asset protection, provide leadership in security forums. Work with internal departments to ensure that both security services and technology solutions are effective.
The Person must have experience in protecting public spaces, formal backgrounds welcomed, but you must have sound corporate and event security experience. A track record in navigating complex security challenges, engaging stakeholders and operating in a mixed-use environment. Your travel time cannot be more than 45 minutes from central London.
