Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of manned security services across various client locations in Doha, Qatar. The role involves managing security personnel, ensuring contract compliance, coordinating staff scheduling and training, maintaining operational efficiency, and consulting with clients to meet their security needs. This role comes with a Tax-Free Executive Package.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage security officers at assigned sites.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and training of security personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
• Oversee deployment and operation of security systems and equipment.
• Function as client liaison and provide regular updates.
• Develop and deliver training programs.
• Respond to and resolve security incidents; maintain incident reporting.
• Monitor KPIs and conduct performance reviews.

• Leadership and team management.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of security systems and technologies.
• Communication and client relations.
• Performance monitoring and operational planning.

• Prior experience in manned security services management.
• Middle East and GCC experience essential.
• International work experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
