This national fire and security systems installer are recruiting a service manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day efficiency of the service department. To be based in the office in West Sussex applicants should be able to lead from the front and possess excellent people management skills.
The position will cover all aspects of service management including:
• Efficiency of engineers
• Planning, organising and monitoring of performance
• Ensuring the monthly PMV target is achieved
• Delivering a quality service to our internal and external customers
• Achieving service budget
Applicants for this role will need to be from the fire and security industry having had engineering experience, be able to display strong leadership qualities, being able to communicate with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times are met. Commercial & P&L awareness and the ability to deliver first class customer service to improve retention and growth of key accounts.
