SSR Personnel is recruiting a technical professional to join a global physical security Integration business with their first office in Asia Pac . Experienced with Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, IT Network Systems ,Australian ELV systems code/standards/compliance knowledge. Working with security product distributors and a good network of local sub-contractors (cable installers, conduit installers, installation technicians etc.)
To take forward the company’s growing client base in Australia reporting to the International Director. The role is split between home, office and field working – dependent on schedules and project commitments.
You will act as a single point of contact for projects and global accounts. Coordination of service, maintenance, and installation activities and delivery of exceptional service to clients to ensure repeat business, account profitability and 100% client satisfaction.
Have full control of security projects to include project management, design support, integration, service, technical troubleshooting, and oversight in support of our regional strategy.
A desire to be “the first in” and support the growth plans of the business.
Minimum 8 years Security Systems Integration experience
Implementation, design and project management experience
Engineering and Technical Skills (former Engineer that has transitioned from the field to project management – operations management preferred)
Coordinating design information
Liaising with the design team
Must have the right to work in Australia.
