This fire systems installer based in North Kent is looking to recruit an experienced Systems Designer to work on designs of Smoke Control and Fire Detection Systems. This will cover all areas from the initial concept through to the final delivery of designs, and supporting the projects teams through installation, commissioning, customer acceptance and the issue of O&M manuals. Applicants will need to be team players and be prepared to support other areas of the business as necessary, with excellent knowledge of fire detection systems, ideally with good experience of mechanical and natural smoke control systems, being able to use AutoCAD. Candidates will also need to be able to communicate well and have excellent technical writing ability. The interesting position comes with a basic salary of up to £45,000 plus a bonus and a benefits package that includes optional healthcare.
