This fire and security systems installer is looking to recruit an Assistant Account Manager to be based at the offices in either the Medway towns in Kent or North Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting an account manager, or occasionally account managers with written and verbal customer communications for a set portfolio of clients within the customer services department, assisting in building, negotiating, renewing, and maintaining customer relationships, and aiding the generation of sales by compiling and producing quotations for works. Added responsibilities include reporting and reacting to any client needs quickly and professionally, and encouraging best practice within the team. Some experience working in the fire and security industry would be ideal but not a necessity, candidate will need excellent MS Office Suite skills, good operational administrative experience and some basic competency in basic software accounting packages. This exciting opportunity comes with a basic salary to £35,000 depending on skill set and industry experience, commission and package, this is a great opportunity to get into a career in account management.
