The Company
This is an exceptional opportunity to work for a Global organisation with an ever-growing customer base of over 2 billion people worldwide. They are embarking on a unique concept retail operation across the European continent. They seek an experienced Retail Security Manager EMEA to support the rollout of their exclusive retail store format with responsibility for all things Retail Security in the High End / Luxury Retail sector.

The Role
To provide Security leadership across the European estate to this new, fast evolving, unique concept store retailer, who provide digital and physical products across the social media and gaming sector.
Responsible for ensuring that each store has the best-in-class innovative driven services, designed to protect people, assets, and information.
Prepare new Country Management teams in line with the company’s culture, expectations, and requirements.
To be the single Point of Contact (SPOC) network in each Country.
Ensure that risk assessments are completed for each store and effective risk mitigation plans.
Ensure that each store remains fully compliant with the company’s Security Operating Procedures and processes.
Support during incidents and crisis management situations.
Partner with external vendors to ensure accurate placement and operations of security equipment.
Conduct regular Audits of site locations making sure they are aligned to the company’s requirements.

The Person
Previous experience a similar role working with as a Retail Security manager EMEA within the High End / Luxury Retail sector.
Flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally with limited notice.
Extensive experience managing retail to experience services, event security operations in a complex, global environment.
Experience conducting risk and residential security assessments.
Proven track record managing vendors/suppliers and controlling costs, increasing efficiencies, and identifying growth opportunities.
Minimum of 5 years of security program/project management experience in a corporate/private setting with a proven track record of success in driving business outcomes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of generating trust and forming alliances with internal and external partners.
Industry sector qualification, MSC, CPP, Wicklander, SIA.
Languages would be an advantage in this unique role.
Full UK driving licence.
