The Job

Responsibility for maintaining a secure and compliant environment for visitors while also ensuring that safety standards meet local regulatory requirements.

Lead the resolution of incidents related to loss, safety, emergency management, and physical security at retail locations throughout the region.
Develop and implement a comprehensive People Safety & Compliance program that exceeds Korean Occupational Safety & Health Agency Standards.
Deliver top-notch training rooted in their culture and values to ensure all team members are equipped to prioritise safety.
Lead on all investigations, identifying new trends or risks and implementing best practice standards.
Coordinate responses to incidents according to the company's incident management framework.
Design and enforce safety and well-being standards for all store types, promoting a safety by design mindset.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities to reduce risk.
Manage workplace injuries, conduct post-injury investigations, and implement action plans to prevent future accidents.
Partner with legal, law enforcement, security providers, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with security and occupational health & safety standards.
Domestic travel may be required as part of the role.

The Person

Enthusiastic and passionate.
Experienced multi-site Security / Loss Prevention / Asset Protection / Safety Manager.
Meet essential requirements for appointment as a statutory safety manager.
Formal accreditation in security or occupational health & safety.
Awareness of industry-wide compliance needs.
Wicklander-Zulawski non-confrontational interview training and/or related experience is advantageous.
Strong communication and people skills.
An innovative and forwarding thinking leader.
