This Well respected fire systems installer based in the South East are looking to recruit a sales manager to lead and manage the sales function within the business and create an environment for the sales team to exceed their targets, growing maintenance, major and minor projects. Other responsibilities include ensuring the development of the existing client base and key accounts, building and maintaining strong relations in a variety of sectors to provide business resilience. Ensuring quotations and proposals are technically accurate and commercially attractive. Candidates will need to possess excellent influencing and powerful communication skills, to engage clients, Senior Management and colleagues. They must also demonstrate a thorough understanding of the strategic business drivers within the organisation.
Applicants will need to be from the fire industry having held a similar type of sales management role with a proven track record developing sales teams and markets, as well as business development success, being able to develop and implement marketing and business strategies. This excellent opportunity comes with a basic salary of (c) £60,000 (neg) plus car/allowance and package, An OTE of £80,000 is expected.
