This independent fire detection systems installer requires a Fire Detection Engineer to join their growing team to cover the London and Home Counties area. Reporting to the service manager the successful applicant will be responsible for routine service and maintenance of numerous fire detection systems in a variety of different premises, as well as fault finding and rectification, small works installation and commissioning. As the client is a BAFE SP203-1 accredited installer FIA BS5839 training will be given if needed, as will all product training. This position comes with a basic salary of up to £40,000 plus overtime, call out (1 in 6), vehicle, tools and package. With an AAE of £50,000 plus this is an excellent opportunity to join a medium sized growing installer with a good reputation.

Candidates will need to be from the fire detection industry being able to service and maintain a variety of systems, some knowledge of extinguishers would be good, but this is not essential. Ideally candidates will also be able to fault find and commission systems including Gent, Advanced, Morley and Kentec. A full driving licence is also a requirement.
