This well-known and established fire systems installer and service provider based in the South East of England are looking to recruit a sales manager to manage and develop a small team of salespeople to ensure team targets are achieved as well as contributing to with their own personal target. Reporting the board of directors, the main focus of the role will be on increasing profit, turn over, customer retention and acquisition while enhancing their brand. Applicant will need to be from the fire and building services industry with an excellent understanding of fire detection systems and their regulations.
This exciting opportunity comes with basic salary of circa £55,000 with an OTE of circa £80,000 (commission, plus car or allowance and package.
