We have great products; we need an individual to take responsibility for driving revenues with existing and new contacts. You will sell Awards sponsorship, conference and Thought leadership webinar participation, whilst assisting in the development of a new suite of product innovation.

The Person
Experienced in business development, ideally having sold advertising space or services, but the key will be your success and aptitude in relational selling, how you can deliver that across commercial and government sectors. You will be a self-starter, with an excellent eye for detail, willing to take a leading role in our continued growth. You are proactive, a good team player, and confident in talking to people (in person, by phone and virtually).

What we do
We work globally, we are entrepreneurial and unique. There are four parts to our work all related to the theme of crime and security.
First, we recognise excellence in security. We run the Outstanding Security Performance Awards (the OSPAs), an international awards scheme (www.theospas.com). It currently operates in fifteen countries, and we are expanding. Alongside this we have launched the Cyber Outstanding Security Performance Awards (the Cyber OSPAs), which is a single global awards scheme, www.thecyberospas.com. And the Tackling Economic Crime Awards (the TECAS) focussed on financial crime, www.thetecas.com.
Second, we provide insight on security issues. We engage in crime and security research (www.perpetuityresearch.com). We interview people in prison, work with police and victims and help to rethink approaches to preventing crime. We also operate the Security Research Initiative (the SRI) now in its fifteenth year.
Third, we provide certification for excellent security. We manage and promote a police accreditation scheme (www.securedenvironments.com). We work with shopping centres, universities, London landmarks, leading UK businesses and we are expanding.
Fourth, we provide thought leadership on security issues. We organise an annual security thought leadership event and we run weekly security thought leadership webinars, 140 so far and growing, www.theospas.com/thought-leadership-webinars/.
