A leading integrator of both electronic security and fire systems is looking for a couple of regional BDM’s to join their team based in around Gloucestershire & the surrounding area, other locations will be considered.

The role will be to hunt new business, the client is ideally looking for people with experience selling £20-50k deals that they can install and commission in 1-3 months.

The sector focus is pretty open but they require someone with good security industry knowledge and if you have fire experience that is a bonus.

The salary is £45k but negotiable based on experience and sales targets will be £450k for Jan-Dec 2022, commission is paid on sales revenue and ranges between 2-3% of revenue number based on margin. There are accelerators for overachieving in the year.
