Job Details

Reporting to, and working closely with, the CEO responsible for the current and future financial well-being of the company. Provide leadership to the board's finance & accounting strategy, assist in ensuring EBITDA & cash targets are met, overall control of UK accounting strategy, ensure systems are robust & compliant, lead & develop the finance team, prepare & present monthly & annual accounts, oversee all payroll functions and work with the CEO on M&A activities in the fire & security market.

Commercially focused qualified accountant with at least 5 years post qualification experience in a similar role with a technology led business, experienced in business partnering, identifying & implementing efficient financial & operational processes, driving the business forward through hi-level MI to support key decision making. Ideally possessing a good understanding of a service where systems are designed, sold, installed maintained and monitored.
