Reports to MD, part of senior leadership team responsible for setting and delivering strategy for ambitious growth. Take ownership of group sales activities, develop and manage sales and P&L budget, monitor competitors, closely liaise with key clients, drive account management teams & monitor performance to improve margins and deliver on KPI's. Improve the relationships between sales, installation and service, target growth in emerging markets and conduct monthly meetings.
Candidates must have extensive knowledge of modern sales techniques and have the ability to cross and up sell in critical services/FM/fire & security market place. As well as attention to detail the role calls for in-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis. You must demonstrate excellent influencing, presentation and negotiating skills resulting in exceeding sales team targets in a senior role for at least 3 years.
Expected to travel nationally.
