SSR Personnel are working with this independent fire detection and suppression systems installer based in the South East to recruit a Senior Project Manager to successfully deliver major projects in the London area with values from £500k to in excess of £1.5m. Candidate will have to manage new build or refurbishment projects from inception to completion, managing everything including labour, the technical element and all the commercial side of things, having full P&L responsibility for the projects they are running. Applicants for this role will need a proven track record of successfully delivering large scale fire detection projects (having a good understanding of BS 5839) and will ideally have good working knowledge of fixed fire suppression systems. This exciting opportunity to work run large, prestigious fire systems installations comes with a basic salary of (c)£60,000 plus car allowance and package although the client will consider taking someone on as a temp at £350/£400 per day as an alternative.
