This growing fire sprinkler systems installer and service provider based in Essex and are now looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join our their expanding and dynamic team. The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of project development from helping with initial quotations and project start up, managing labour and procurement, assisting with technical aspects of sprinkler systems, as well as being able to control projects commercially and deliver them on time and to budget, including final account and handing over a fully functional system. Candidates for this role will need to have a proven track record in successfully delivering large scale residential or commercial projects with values in excess of £1m (or close to that figure), you will also need to be aware of all regulations regarding sprinkler system installations and have a full driving licence. As this company is still relatively new the promotional prospects to run the projects department in the next few years are extremely high for the right person.
This exciting opportunity comes with a basic salary of between £45,000 and £60,000 (negotiable) depending on skills and experience, a car or allowance, 28 days holiday and package. This is a hybrid role working in the office, on site and at home
