This national Fire Detection and Suppression systems installer are looking to recruit a national Head of Fire Projects to lead a £9m part of their growing business. The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall management of all fire project delivery which will include being the primary contact for customer needs, as well as ensuring the successful management of gross margins, labour, and productivity while adhering to all industry and regulatory standards, as well as improving the customer experience. This person will be a senior member of the leadership team and should ideally be based within commutable distance to the outskirts of Oxford.. Candidates for this vacancy will need a proven track record of success effectively leading and managing a team of fire systems professionals as well as having successfully delivering large fire installation projects.

Key result areas include the delivery of anticipated Gross Margins, employee performance, performance management, ensuring delivery times and quality results are met, compliance and Commercial awareness including the identification of relevant ongoing process improvements and setting individual targets to meet customer SLAs.
Applicants will need to be experienced in the Fire and Life Safety industry with BS 5839 certification, a good understanding of compliance and British Standards auditing as well as being a natural leader.
This exciting opportunity comes with a basic salary to £65,000 plus car allowance, bonus and benefits package.
