A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this young and dynamic manufacturer in the security industry.
They are looking for a field based Tech Support engineer to join this manufacturer and account manage existing clients in London/home counties.
You will be responsible for providing on site engineering support to Installers, engineers and ARC's this is a hands-on role and therefore requires a high level of Intruder Alarm and signalling knowledge. Experience of different signalling technologies and control panel types is essential and although full training on the products will be provided you will need to be an experienced electronic security install/service engineer looking for a new rewarding challenge
In this role you will be able to work closely with the sales, support and product teams to deliver first class support service to their customers at various locations within London.
You will be tasked with contacting customers and organising site visits, training and demos or assisting installs.
Salary up to 35k Dep On Exp with loads of other benefits.
Key Skills & Qualifications Required:-
Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
Ability to understand, diagnose and educate on product related issues
Experience within the electronic security industry with control panels and/or communication equipment
Experience with mobile telecommunication equipment
The Ideal candidate will be very customer service orientated, have excellent communication & problem solving skills, good attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure. The field based nature of the role requires a disciplined approach to working from home and on the road.
