A global manufacturer of leading surveillance & VMS solutions is looking for a Tech Support & Field engineer to join the team in the North West.

The role will be to provide support to integration & distribution partners as well as working at the visitor centre and office In Manchester.

This is a diverse and exciting role and they looking for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

Requirements –
• Experience in the security industry in a Senior support role
• Vast experience installing, commissioning or providing support on analogue & IP CCTV solution.
• IT knowledge with strong understanding of servers, operations systems & networking.
• Fault finding experience with a can do attitude
• Experience with major VMS solutions including Milestone, Genetec etc
• Degree educated desirable but not essential
• Clean driving license
