Job Details

A leading global provider of security system integration solutions to some of the largest companies worldwide is looking for Commercial Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
The desired candidate needs to have experience in Pre & Post contract discussions as well as excellent commercial acumen.
Experience in the security industry is desirable but not a must.

· Maintain contract documentation and advise on pre tender and post contract matters
· Preparation and issue of contractual letters to clients and / or sub-contractors
· Post contract liaison with clients · Post contract liaison with design team
· Carry out take offs for material procurement
· Sub-contract negotiation and letting
· Preparation and submission of interim valuations
· Site measurement
· Manage and value variations
· Agreement and certification of sub-contractors interim valuations and final accounts
· Preparation and submission of several works final account
Agreement of final accounts
· Contractual awareness is desired and assistance with the bidding process bringing their QS experience is a must.

On offer is a negotiable salary of c60k with loads of other benefits etc
