Fire and Security Engineering Manager based Southwest London

SSR Personnel is recruiting a manager for pre-planned maintenance, service & small works. The individual will take day to day management of the department, working with clients as a senior management position within the business. Salary is dependent on your experience, bonus, incentive payments and private health care. The Role
- Ensuring quality of work carried out by engineering staff and sub-contractors complies with NSI Gold requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Carrying out spot checks each week for attendance and quality of workmanship
- Managing and delegating engineering escalations within the department
- Manage and delegate small works projects to project engineers/installation engineers and or sub-contractors where required
- Providing small works quotes were required for time and materials
- Ensuring a consistency of installation and service delivery
- Ensure a safe and secure working environment at all times

The Person
- Successful in a similar role of managing people and controlling costs
- Job sheets to be completed on target margins
- Staff retention within the department
- Ensuring the safety of staff on site
- Experience of dealing with corporate and global accounts
- Ideally knowledge of both fire and security systems
- A broad range of experience in the industry
