This integrated security systems, networks and smart building technology integrator is looking to recruit a contractually aware project manager, with an understanding of bid analysis, financial breakdown reporting and presentation, to be responsible for the full lifecycle of projects, from initial design to handover across the Greater London area. Candidates for this role will need a proven track record in managing integrated security, networks, and AV projects, demonstrating the ability to complete projects on time and to budget having had full P&L responsibility. Applicants will need to be excellent communicators, being able to inspire and provide leadership to the team, overseeing the design, installation, testing and commissioning, and in many respects more importantly, being able to oversee and deliver on the commercial and contractual aspects of the project. Strong skills with MS Office Suite are an essential requirement, specifically MS Project (as well as Word, Excel etc.). Other essential prerequisites include an ECS card, SMSTS and a full driving licence.
This exciting opportunity comes with a basic salary from £50,000 to £70,000, car/allowance and benefits package.
