CCTV Telesales & Lead Generation

I'm looking to recruit a Telesales/CCTV Technical Sales & Lead Generation Exec for our CCTV and security related product distribution business in London.
The role will involve a combination of technical product knowledge, telephone sales and lead generation.
Ideally, we're looking for someone with:
• A good understanding of CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs and associated security equipment.
• Confident telephone communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in B2B telephone sales.
• Experience generating new business through outbound calls and prospecting.
• The ability to understand customer requirements, provide technical advice and convert enquiries into sales.
• Previous experience working for a CCTV manufacturer, distributor, installer or security systems provider.
• We're particularly interested in candidates who combine technical CCTV knowledge with a proactive sales attitude. However, we'd also consider strong telephone sales candidates with some existing knowledge of the security industry.
Proposed package:
• Basic salary: £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience. Negotiable prepared to offer a higher basic salary for someone with established CCTV industry contacts, existing customer relationships and the ability to bring new business into the company.
